Purpose of the Courses

Our First Aid Training programmes are designed to equip individuals and organisations with the essential skills, confidence, and knowledge to respond effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace or community. We provide a full range of accredited courses tailored to different levels of responsibility and risk, ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.

Why We Do It

Every workplace must have trained first aiders who can take swift, safe, and effective action in an emergency. From minor injuries to life-threatening incidents, immediate and competent care can make all the difference. Our courses ensure delegates are confident, compliant, and capable of providing life-saving support when it matters most.

Course We Offer

We deliver a wide range of accredited first aid courses, including:

  • 3-Day First Aid at Work (FAW) – Comprehensive training for designated workplace first aiders, covering a full range of injuries and medical emergencies.
  • 1-Day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – Ideal for lower-risk environments; focuses on essential life-saving skills and emergency response.
  • Mental Health First Aid – Teaches participants how to recognise signs of mental ill-health, provide initial support, and guide individuals towards professional help.
  • Defibrillator (AED) Training – Practical instruction in the safe use of automated external defibrillators for sudden cardiac arrest incidents.
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) – Focused, hands-on training in adult, child, and infant CPR techniques.
  • Catastrophic Bleeding Control – Specialist training covering severe bleeding management using tourniquets, haemostatic dressings, and rapid response techniques.
  • Paediatric First Aid – Comprehensive training for those working with or caring for babies and children, aligned with Ofsted and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.

Course We Offer

Our courses are led by experienced, qualified instructors with real-world emergency experience. We use a combination of classroom-based learning, demonstrations, and realistic practical scenarios to ensure full understanding and confidence.

Certification

All courses are fully accredited and meet HSE, Ofqual, and industry standards. Successful delegates receive nationally recognised certificates valid for the relevant period (typically three years).

Flexible Delivery

We primarily deliver training on-site at client premises, enabling practical, relevant instruction aligned to your specific workplace risks and operational requirements.
